For many years I worked as an occupational therapist to empower nannies about the importance of play and early childhood development. A few years ago through my sister, my eyes were really opened to the dangers of hidden chemicals in our everyday body care products. The amount of things we unknowingly put into and onto our bodies is frightening! It was a wake up call for me and challenged me to become better informed and live healthier by making better choices. The more I research the more determined I am to replace the commercial body care products in our home for ones I know are only full of natural goodness. 

I continued to discover that just because a label says 'natural' and 'organic' it doesn't necessarily mean that there are no hidden nasties in it. In the growing number of natural products available nowadays, I was finding it increasingly more difficult to know which ones are full of only good things. So my goal has become to make totally natural products that you can trust are good for you and your whole family. I take great pride in ensuring that the ingredients come from trusted, quality suppliers. We don't use any plastic in our packaging and ensure the containers we use are recyclable. 

It's been extremely rewarding to pour myself into creating body care products which I want for my own family, and then see them working so well for others too! I've begun studying a diploma so that I can further develop the range of All Natural products and ensure they are of the highest quality. All Natural products have been retailing locally online and in some small retail stores. My dream is to expand the range of body care products and see more and more people making the choice to care for their bodies by using them.

I firmly believe that small business initiatives are vital if we want to see growth in South Africa. We need more young people to be inspired and want to start innovations of their own.
